Tennis

Scotte made a video of Aidan while he was at tennis last week.  Aidan is in the back on the left side of the net with his buddy, Nate (wearing a maroon fleece).  Aidan looks forward to tennis every week and we just love the whole thing.

You can see from the video how organized it is.  I love that there is no "down time" while each kid waits for a turn at the net.  Aidan is just as happy bouncing on the trampoline as he is hitting the ball.  This is just a small snippet of the 90-minute session, but it gives you a feel for how much Aidan loves it and how he is learning some tennis skills.  Right now they are mainly working on the different ways to hit the ball - I would be more technical but I am not a tennis player.  I'll let Scotte fill in the blanks some other time. :)  We have completely replaced physical therapy with tennis and Aidan is really thriving in this environment.

P.S. If you see times where it appears that Aidan has fallen on the ground, I assure you that he likes to do that on purpose, for fun.
